1st Grade Cultural Field Trip
At 10:30AM on Wednesday, February 5th, at The Tilles Center the first graders from Homestead, Hemlock, and Locust will see a performance of The Gruffalo’s Child. Every year the PTA sponsors a cultural field trip to all the first graders in our district.
PTA Dinner Fundraiser
Save the Date for the annual PTA Dinner Fundraiser on Wednesday, March 26th, at Garden City Hotel. This year’s theme is Ascending to New Heights. Not only is this event always a fun night, but it also generates money the PTA uses to fund many wonderful things in our school community. Thank you to those who donated towards the grade level raffle baskets and/or provided special auction item donations. More information on the event to follow!

Friendly reminder for 1st Grade Families to please send group pictures (ideally 3 or more) from field trips, class crafts, or performances of Homestead students to homesteadmemorybook@gmail.com. In the subject line, please write the teacher’s name followed by the event name.
