Spirit Week activities were designed by the District to engage and involve all district families and the community to participate in the excitement of Homecoming. This Spirit Week Committee works directly with school administrators to organize and assist with Spirit Week activities at the primary, elementary and middle schools. In addition, the Garden City PTA contributes to Spirit Week by hosting a Poster Contest.

Be Creative & Imaginative
Use crayons, pencils, markers, paint, stencils on posters
All entries due Monday, September 12th.
One winner per grade per school!
- Family must be a member of the GC PTA
- One entry per child
- Max poster size: 22" x 28"
- Name, grade, school on back of poster
- Submit your poster to your school main office
Friday, September 16th is district-wide SPIRIT DAY!
Be sure to wear Maroon & Gray to school or a Spirit Day T-shirt!
Homecoming Parade is on Saturday, September 17th
